Night at the Museum 2 - Open Captioned Trailer

Screening: Saturday, June 06, 2009 - 11:10 am
Director: Shawn Levy
Rated: PG

How 'bout this...aside from leading-man Ben Stiller, the cast includes Amy Adams, Hank Azaria, Jonah Hill, Owen Wilson, Robin Williams, Bill Hader, Dick Van Dyke, Ricky Gervais, Eugene Levy, Christopher Guest, Steve Coogan, Ed Helms AND Clint Howard. Plus, look for cameo by co-screenwriter Thomas Lennon (Lt. Dangle on RENO 911) as Wilbur Wright! Best. Cast. Ever.
But incredible cast aside, the centerpiece for this new installment of the wildly popular first film will be the Smithsonian Institution- which houses the world's largest museum complex with more than 136 million items in its collections, ranging from the plane Amelia Earhart flew on her nonstop solo flight across the Atlantic and Al Capone's rap sheet and mug shot to Dorothy's ruby red slippers and Archie Bunker's lounge chair.

Star Trek - Open Captioned Trailer
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on South Lamar will be showing the open captioned movie "Star Trek."
Screening: Saturday, May 23, 2009 - 12:40 pm
Director: J.J. Abrams
Rated: PG-13
Runtime: 126 min
"Blasting onto the screen at warp speed and remaining there for two hours, the new and improved Star Trek will transport fans to sci-fi nirvana." - Todd McCarthy, VARIETY
The greatest adventure of all time begins with STAR TREK, the incredible story of a young crew’s maiden voyage onboard the most advanced starship ever created: the U.S.S. Enterprise. On a journey filled with action, comedy and cosmic peril, the new recruits must find a way to stop an evil being whose mission of vengeance threatens all of mankind.
Set before the original TV series, this JJ Abrams extravaganza gives us an action-packed lesson in the shared history of lil' Cap'n Kirk and and his stone-faced friend, Spock.
Zachary Quinto (HEROES) stars as the young Spock (while Leonard Nimoy returns to the iconic role to play the half-Vulcan, half-human in his advancing age!). And Chris Pine fills the sizable shoes of the legendary captain of the USS Enterprise made famous by William Shatner.
But what may be the greatest bit of casting of all time ever is Simon Pegg (SHAUN OF THE DEAD) as Scotty and Eric Bana (HULK, CHOPPER) as the nemesis of the Enterprise!
Kid Policy: 18 and up; Children 6 and up will be allowed only with a parent or guardian. No children under the age of 6 will be allowed.
